Great experience, went in to get a full audio system done because my old system was done terribly. Transformed my system entirely and now it sounds amazing. For sure coming back here to upgrade it when I want to go all out.

So I asked for a TV, so not only did they order it, they started to charge me for it befor it was even installed. Not only did they not get it on time, they over drafted my account, but this is the 4th or 5th time ive been here and they cant install it. They new I had a breathalyzer in my truck they were told "do not start it" what did thwy do??? They started it and locked my truck out. I had to pay $125 bucks to have it un locked. And today ive been here for 4hrs after they promised me they could get it all done fast if I came during the week. So after $125 doller fee, I lost 1 day of work cause they promised it would be ready and they couldn't get the screen. Then today I lose another day cause they have me here 4hrs again and cant install the screen. Plus Acima wont cancel the TV untill PCH says they can. Watch out with this place and watch out with ACIMA financing. Would not recommend this place at all. The staff in the front cant do anything unless the boss says so. Even after "ME" the coustomer says thats it, put my stuff back and I dont want it. Fml

Very good experience with these guys Henry and Juan kept very professional I took my truck to get my amps adjusted and they left it sounding just the way I explained it I will definitely take all my cars with in the future

I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service I received from Shantill at PCH Custom Audio was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share my experience.
